When the target core temperature is reached, a

buzzer sounds and a message ashes.

If needed, it is possible to prolong the cooking

cycle by turning the browse knob: this prolongs the

cooking using an untimed Conventional function.

Note: if the probe has not been connected, the

display shows a message prompting to insert it.

11. HOW TO USE THE MEATPROBE WITH

TRADITIONAL COOKING FUNCTIONS

The probe can be also inserted during traditional

cooking: after the display showing that the probe

has been connected, the oven proceeds as if the

CUSTOM function were selected.

Refer to the meat probe recipes table at page 31

to know the optimal temperature for each kind of

meat.

12. SHORTCUTS

To quickly access the 10 most used functions, turn

the function selector knob to select SHORTCUTS.

Your most used cooking functions

Chicken Breasts

Lasagna

Pizza

Turn the browse knob to scroll the list.

Press the conrm button: the display shows the

default settings of cooking function selected.

Note: to change the settings of selected function,

proceed as shown in previous sections.

13. SETTINGS

Turn the function selector knob to SETTINGS.

Turn the browse knob to select the desired setting

and press the conrm button to start adjusting.

At the end, press the conrm button to validate the

new setting.

Note: with ECOMODE function (Energy saving) ON,

when the oven is switched o, the display reduces

the brightness after a few seconds, showing the

clock. During a cooking cycle the oven lamp will be

switched o after 1 minute of cooking.

14. TIMER

Useful to keeping time for a maximum of 1 hour

and 30 minutes. Available only when the oven is

switched o.

Press the conrm button to start setting timer:

display shows “00:00:00”.

Turn the browse knob to change the timer duration.

Turn +/- to set Timer, to Start

Press the conrm button to start the countdown.

When the set time has elapsed a buzzer sounds.

Note: Turn the browse knob to prolong timer.

Press the conrm button to deactivate the timer: the

clock will be shown on the display.
