TROUBLESHOOTING GUIDE
The oven does not operate:
Is the plug connected to the socket?
Is there a power failure?
Has the fuse blown?
AFTER SALES SERVICE
Before calling for the After Sales Service:
1.
See if you can fix the problem yourself (with the help
of the Troubleshooting guide).
2.
Restart the appliance to see if the problem has
cleared itself. If the result is negative, disconnect the
appliance and repeat the operation after an hour.
3.
If the problem persists, contact the After Sales
Service.
Communicate:
the nature of the fault,
the model,
the Service number
(the number after the word SERVICE on the rating
plate on the inside of the appliance),
your complete address,
your telephone number and area code.
If
any repairs are required, please contact
an authorised
customer service centre,
as indicated in the warranty.
In the unlikely event that an operation or repair is carried
out by an
unauthorised technician,
always request a
certification of the job carried out and insist on the use
of
original spare parts.

Before cleaning the appliance, disconnect the appliance from the mains.
Cleaning is the only maintenance operation normally required. It must be carried out with the mini cooker
disconnected. Use a liquid detergent, water and a cloth or sponge to clean it.
Do not use chemical products or abrasive compounds to clean any part of the oven.
Do not leave grease or food particles around the door seal and the oven top.
To maintain the hotplates use one of the commercial products. To clean the oven avoid using active foams quite
too often.
