8. Touch START.

The PROBE TEMP and COOK

POWER Indicator Lights will

stay on.

The Display will show

ZOOL” to show the food is

less than 90°F. As the food

cooks, the Display will

show the internal tempera-

ture of the food for every

5°F increase.

When the probe senses the

temperature you selected,

the oven shuts off. “End” will

show on the Display and

4 beeps will sound. (You

can stop the beeping by

opening the door or by

touching CANCEL.) “End”

will remain on the Display

and a reminder tone will

sound every 60 seconds (to

remind you that food is left

In the oven) until the door

IS opened or CANCEL is

touched. The Display will

then show the time of day.

NOTE:

“Err” will be displayed after START is touch’ ed if an incorrect

temperature has been set (less than 90°F or morb b than 200°F).

NOTE:

Some foods are started using a timed (COOK) cycle and finished

by using the temperature (PROBE TEMP) cycle. YC:I u can set PROBE TEMP to

follow COOK 1 or COOK 2 to avoid the need to r~ jet the oven halfway

through the cycle. PROBE TEMP can be programr’ led with the Temperature

Probe out. The oven will pause between COOK 1 Dr COOK 2 and PROBE

TEMP. “PROB” will show on the Display to remind I’OU to plug in the probe.

Changing the Temperatute Setting

When using the Temperature Probe, PROBE TEMP s tlings can be changed

before or during oven operation:

-Touch PROBE TEMl?

-Touch Number Pads for the new temperature.

-Touch START. The oven will continue cooking to the new temperature. If the

new temperature is lower than the temperature o

the food, the oven will

shut off.
